1. What we collect · আমরা কী সংগ্রহ করি

• Google sign-in: your name, email address and a unique account ID. Your email is never shown to other members.
• Donor profile (optional): name, blood group, district/area, availability, last donation date.
• Phone number: used to verify members and, on blood requests, as the contact number. A request’s number is shown only to signed-in members who tap “Show contact”, and each view is logged.
• Location: an approximate city/region and IP address from your connection. Precise location is collected only if you choose to share it.
• Content you create: blood requests, community posts, messages with the admin team, camp sign-ups, and donation history you log.
• Notifications: if you turn on alerts, your browser’s push subscription is stored so we can send them.

2. Why we use it · কেন ব্যবহার করি

• To connect patients with donors and keep the community safe from fake or abusive posts.
• To alert donors in the same district when a compatible patient needs blood (only if you have an available donor profile).
• To contact you about your account, requests or blood camps, and to prevent misuse.

3. Who can see what · কে কী দেখতে পারে

• Other members see your donor name, blood group, area and availability, but never your email or phone number unless you add your phone to a request you post.
• Admin team members see only what their role needs. Admin actions are recorded in an audit log.
• We do not sell your data. We use Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting, database and spam protection) and your browser’s push service to run the app.

4. Your choices · আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণ

• Delete your donor profile at any time from your profile. Hide yourself by marking “not available”.
• Turn off alerts in Life Tools → Alerts, or in your browser settings.
• To have your account data removed or corrected, send a message to the admin team from the app’s Messages section.

5. Safety and retention · নিরাপত্তা ও সংরক্ষণ

All traffic uses HTTPS, sign-in is verified on the server for every request, and admin access is role-based. Blood requests expire automatically after 24–48 hours. We keep other data while your account is active and remove it on a valid deletion request, except where we must keep a record to prevent abuse.

6. Medical notice · চিকিৎসা সংক্রান্ত

Life Drop Barishal connects people; it is not a medical service. Eligibility to donate is decided by qualified medical staff. Always confirm a request with the hospital before travelling.
