Terms of Use · ব্যবহারের শর্ত

1. What this service is · এটি কী

Life Drop Barishal is a free community platform that helps people in Barishal Division find blood donors, post blood requests and learn about blood camps. It is run by volunteers and is not a hospital, blood bank or medical provider.

2. Your responsibilities · আপনার দায়িত্ব

• Give true information. Post a request only for a real patient, with a correct hospital and contact number.
• Never sell blood or ask for payment for donating. Do not post fake requests, spam, hate, or other people’s private details.
• Keep your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• Do not misuse donor or contact details you see. Use them only to arrange a donation.

3. Medical disclaimer · চিকিৎসা বিষয়ক সতর্কতা

Information in the app (such as compatibility charts, the 90-day guidance and quizzes) is general. Whether you can donate, and whether blood is safe, is decided by qualified medical staff. Always confirm with the hospital before travelling. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Moderation · মডারেশন

We may hide content, restrict or remove accounts, and share information with authorities where required by law or to stop harm or misuse. Admin actions are logged.

5. No guarantee · কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নেই

We work hard to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that a donor or blood will be found, that every notification will arrive, or that information from members is correct. The service is provided “as is”.

6. Changes and contact · পরিবর্তন

We may update these terms and will change the date or notify members of important changes. Questions can be sent through Messages in the app. See also our Privacy Policy.
